Please put your boats away!

posted Jun 26, 2014, 8:45 AM by Sandie Terry

People have let boats drift and tie up all over the lake.   As we are going to begin construction soon on the primary spillway for the dam we need all boats to be either put at the boat ramp (OUT of the water) or preferably at your property.     Rules have always been that boats are kept at the boat ramp -- but with this work we really prefer you keep your boat at your property and carry to the lake when you are going to use it.  THANKS!

Have A Concern?

Please respect Board members time as they are already forfeiting a substantial amount of their personal time to voluntarily serve our community.  If you have questions or comments bring them to a monthly Board meeting.

If you have a complaint, validate it first against our covenants and restrictions, rules and regulations and bylaws (in the Documents Library).  If your complaint is valid, then try to resolve the issue yourself by speaking to the member involved.   If you cannot resolve the issue yourself, you must submit the complaint in writing to the Board (you must present this form to the Board at a monthly meeting).  Complaint forms are available on this site in the "Documents Library" ("General Complaints").    The process the Board has adopted to address written complaints is outlined the PRD 2014-01 General Complaints Procedure Policy in the Documents Library.

These processes are in place to ensure you are supported in a fair and unemotional way and to allow the Board to handle these comments, questions or complaints during the scheduled monthly meetings.

No Shooting in Lot Areas!

posted Dec 2, 2013, 12:03 PM by Sandie Terry

Shooting can only be done in common areas designated for hunting which means NOT in the road and not in lot areas -- developed or not.   If you need to site a rifle/gun go to a shooting range or into the woods designated for hunting.   Please don't leave your targets as trash for others to pick up.

Don't Leave Our Trails Trashed!

posted Nov 18, 2013, 3:05 PM by Sandie Terry

Please don't leave trash on the trails!    Imagine if everyone left their trash behind -- no one would want to walk, hike or ride the trails through trash.     If you find a trail sign down, please try to fix it back for others.  It takes all of us to maintain Park Ridge property -- including the forest and trails.

Watch Your Speed!

posted Jul 11, 2010, 4:19 PM by Sandie Terry   [ updated Oct 25, 2010, 5:07 PM ]

Folks -- please watch your speed on cars, trucks, golf carts and ATVs.  Remember that we have small children playing and we need to be careful on those gravel roads.   The speed limit THROUGHOUT the development is 15 mph  and also remember that children under 16 are not supposed to operate golf carts or ATVs alone.  Safety is our concern.
