Please respect Board members time as they are already forfeiting a
substantial amount of their personal time to voluntarily serve our

If you have a complaint, validate it first against our
covenants and restrictions, rules and regulations and bylaws (in the
Documents Library). If your complaint is valid, then try to resolve the issue yourself by speaking to the member involved. If you cannot resolve the issue yourself, you must submit
the complaint in writing to the Board (you must present this form to the Board at a monthly meeting). Complaint forms are available on this site in the "Documents Library" ("General Complaints"). The process the Board has adopted to address written complaints is outlined the PRD 2014-01 General Complaints Procedure Policy in the Documents Library.
These processes are in place to
ensure you are supported in a fair and unemotional way and to allow the
Board to handle these comments, questions or complaints during the
scheduled monthly meetings.
