Please respect Board members time as they are already forfeiting a substantial amount of their personal time to voluntarily serve our community. If you have questions or comments bring them to a monthly Board meeting. If you have a complaint, validate it first against our covenants and restrictions, rules and regulations and bylaws (in the Documents Library). If your complaint is valid, then you must submit the complaint in writing to the Board (you may give the written complaint to any Board member). These processes are in place to ensure you are supported in a fair and unemotional way and to allow the Board to handle these comments, questions or complaints during the scheduled monthly meetings.
