Even if you’ve read through the storage tips, compared the different facilities, reviewed the sizes and rates, you may still have a few questions. We have put together a list of the most frequently asked questions as determined by our member facilities. Take a moment and review these and if you still have questions, feel free to call our storage agent at 362-2387.

1. How much is the deposit?

None of our member facilities charge a security deposit. There is a non-refundable One time Administration Fee of $20 due at time of New Contract.

2. Do you provide the key to the unit?

Our member facilities all operate on the “your lock, your key” premise. This means you have your own lock and your own key, and can be assured that only you have access to your unit. For your convenience, member facilities do have locks for purchase in their offices.

3. What do I need to rent a unit?

All you need is a valid driver’s license, or other verifiable photo ID, Valid contact number, Valid mailing or emailing address.

4. How long is the contract?

Our members all operate on a month-to-month basis. This means that the minimum stay is one month but you are not tied into a long-term contract.

5. How do I make a reservation?

You can Reserve Your Unit with your Debit or Credit Card by just calling our Office at 362-2387.

6. What about insurance?

We Now offer Affordable "Pay with Rent" Insurance for all of our Units. For as little as $9 month, You can have $2500 coverage on your belongings. 

7. Can I pay over the phone?

You may rent and pay for your unit over the phone by using your Visa, Mastercard or Debit Card.  Our member facilities also offer many automatic billing options that can take the worry out of “paying another bill.” Ask your storage expert for details.

8. What about moving services?

Our Facility does not provide moving trucks or trailers. 

9. My company wants to rent storage and we need to receive regular package deliveries. Is this allowed?

Most member facilities accept deliveries for their clients.  Ask your storage expert for the details at your chosen facility.

10. What type of payment do you accept?

Our member facility accepts cash, personal check, money orders, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and Debit cards.
