RV-Chronos: Remote Viewing & Unlocking Time
Third Generation Remote Viewing System

Developed by the U.S. government during the cold war, Remote Viewing or RV was successfully employed for a quarter century by U.S. intelligence services to gather otherwise inaccessible information on cold war enemies of the United States.

RV is a data collection tool that any person can use to master their own latent psychic abilities and has been validated by a number of professional institutions such as Stanford Research Institute (SRI International), Princeton Engineering Anomalies Research, and the Journal of the American Society for Psychical Research.

Remote Viewing

Remote viewing (RV) is the ability to gather information about a distant or unseen target using paranormal means, extra-sensory perception (ESP) or sensing with mind.

Typically a remote viewer is expected to give information about an object that is hidden from physical view and separated at some distance.

Remote viewing (RV) is the practice of seeking impressions about a distant or unseen target using paranormal means, in particular, extra-sensory perception (ESP) or sensing with mind.

Scientific studies have been conducted, and although some earlier, less sophisticated experiments produced positive results, none of the newer experiments concluded with such results when under properly controlled conditions.

The scientific community rejects remote viewing due to the absence of an evidence base, the lack of a theory which would explain remote viewing, and the lack of experimental techniques which can provide reliably positive results. It is also considered a pseudoscience.

Typically a remote viewer is expected to give information about an object that is hidden from physical view and separated at some distance. The term was introduced by parapsychologists Russell Targ and Harold Puthoff in 1974.

Remote viewing was popularized in the 1990s, following the declassification of documents related to the Stargate Project, a $20 million research program sponsored by the U.S. Federal Government to determine any potential military application of psychic phenomena.

Although one Stargate viewer had been awarded in 1984 a legion of merit for determining "150 essential elements of information (...) unavailable from any other source", the program was eventually terminated in 1995, claiming a lack of documented evidence that the program had any value to the intelligence community.

One of the early experiments was lauded by proponents as having improved the methodology of remote viewing testing and as raising future experimental standards, but also criticized as leaking information to the participants by inadvertently leaving clues. Some later experiments had negative results when these clues were eliminated.

Solving the Time Problem in Remote Viewing

Remote Viewing & the Time Issue

Since the development of RV, over a third of a century ago, the issue of time-line specificity has been a major obstacle.

Every remote viewer knows that it is nearly impossible to accurately pin down when an event, that has been the subject of a remote viewing investigation has occurred.

A remote viewer can describe any event in the past, present or future with vivid clarity, yet that same viewer will likely not be able to say when the event occurred.

All of that has changed with the development of RV Chronos.

The challenge of time-line specificity has been fixed. RV Chronos is remote viewing TIME. RV Chronos is a third generation remote viewing system developed by Michael Ruiz, founder of the Remote Viewing Consortium.

He was personally instructed by Major Ed Dames; one of the first five US Army intelligence officers taught by Ingo Swann, the father of Remote Viewing.

"Using the protocols developed by Swann at SRI as a foundation, we have developed a system that a professional remote viewer can use to pinpoint the chronological occurrence of any future event with 80% - 90% accuracy, which has never been done before", states Mr. Ruiz. "The implications of this breakthrough are of incalculable significance", adds Ruiz.
