Unidentified Objects over Lake Erie

MSNBC contacted the FAA and all local Cleveland Airports who said these objects are not in normal flight paths, that none of these objects were coming or going from any local airport and these objects were not showing up on any of the airports radar as well.

It seems to be world centre for UFO videos, but this the image is extraordinarily clear. UFO enthusiast Michael Lee Hill, of Eastlake, has recorded many images of something mysterious over Lake Erie, Ohio.

He has just released new footage filmed along the lakefront that he says is his best so far. Mr Hill said: 'It was probably one of the craziest nights of activity I've ever experienced.'

The images show several sets of coloured lights flashing over Lake Erie, while appearing to remain still. Mr Hill said: "I've been filming these for a long time and it's just grown to the point where they've let me know, they know I'm sittin' there filming them."

'You know, they come in -- every year they've come in closer and closer.'

There have been many strange sightings over Lake Erie of pulsating lights, orbs and other strange phenomena in the skies over the Cleveland area.

Some skeptics believe that what is being filmed are actual airplanes.

Why this may be true in some cases it does not explain all the sightings that have been captured on video nor does it explain all the sightings people have witnessed.

Lake Erie is the fourth largest lake (by surface area) of the five Great Lakes in North America, and the thirteenth largest globally. It is the southernmost, shallowest, and smallest by volume of the Great Lakes and therefore also has the shortest average water residence time.

It is bounded on the north by the Canadian province of Ontario, on the south by the U.S. states of Ohio, Pennsylvania, and New York, and on the west by the state of Michigan.

The lake is named after the Erie tribe of Native Americans who lived along its southern shore. The outflow from the lake provides hydroelectric power to Canada and the U.S. as it spins huge turbines at Niagara Falls.

It is possible that some lights seen within the skies of Cleveland could be due to experimental military aircraft, flares, the planet Venus, the moon, lasers, swamp gas, ball lightning,
hallucinations, magnetic fields, satellites, LED kites, Chinese lanterns, birds, lens flares, optical illusions, reflections, meteors, weather balloons, stars, clouds, blimps, sundogs, mirages, hoaxes and mass hysteria, but it still does not explain all the sightings logically.

The following footage is believed to be actual video of UFOs which mean "unidentified". This does not mean it is 100% proof of an alien craft but it means that it is something which cannot be properly identified.

Strange pulsating orbs sighted over Lake Erie. What are they? Where do they come from?

Some people argue that they are just airplanes, other believe they are something else. Military testing of prototype aircraft or orbs of lights from another world?

Do these objects represent the 'Sky Critter Theory'?

Two Lake Erie UFOs

Strange orbs sighted over Lake Erie

Many skeptics believe the lights videoed to the left are two distant jets coming at us in a landing pattern - appearing to hover.

Other skeptics say these are two police cars driving across a hill at night - on parallel roads with distance forcing the perspective.

We don't think so.

1) Michael Lee Hill tells us he shot this in Eastlake, Ohio. In this topo map of the area you will see no hills near or across the shoreline.

2) If these aircraft are flying towards Eastlake then we can only find two destinations, Lost Nation Municipal Airport and Cuyahoga County Airport. Neither of these airports look the part for what would be obviously BIG planes on approach.

3) If these aircraft were coming in to Cleveland Airport they would be traveling from right to left.

4) In the frame grab to the left - shouldn't there be an appreciable size difference between two aircraft of this size, miles apart — even with the alleged mirage affect?

ACTION 19 News

Pulsating orbs are being seen over Lake Erie on a continual basis.

Michael Lee Hill believes that they are true UFOs of extraterrestrial origin.

More strange lights and pulsating orbs over Lake Erie are being spotted by multiple witnesses.

Explanations range from military testing of top secret prototype aircraft to UFOs.

Eugene Erlikh, 20, of Euclid, has been watching the same object outside his apartment building now for six days in a row. The witness says the light gets very bright, changing colors, then gets dim again. And when the object becomes dim, it beings to move.

Cleveland-based UFO researcher Richard Lee says the video images the witness captured were not of a quality to make a final determination, but admitted that Ohio was in the top 5 or 10 states with good UFO sightings over the years.

But Lee says the images do show there is something out over the lake. A second witness to the same event said the object moved so fast, he had not seen anything like it.

National UFO Reporting Center Director Peter Davenport was also interviewed for the piece, saying that "more people need to see it, and more research is necessary before it makes anyone else a true believer.

More Plasma Orbs

More orb like UFO activity being seen over the skies of Lake Erie.

These orbs/UFOs appear to pulsate with different colors and rhythms. Residents are unsure of what is over the skies of Lake Erie.

Some individuals believe it has something to do with the military and possibly some kind of tests. Others believe we could be witnessing some type of alien crafts from another world.

Certain individuals are skeptical as well, believing what we could be witnessing is some type of hoax. This hoax might have to do with some type of laser or possibly LED kites.

No one knows for sure what they are seeing over the skies of Lake Erie, but everyone agrees that there is something over the lake, what it is remains a mystery for now.

Triangle UFO Over Lake Erie

As you can see there are three orbs of light which make up this triangle.

The Triangle craft is flying more or less strait towards me. The front Orb of the Triangle is the one that is pulsating the most and is the most colorful.

A strange light over Lake Erie has Cleveland residents nervously eyeing the sky.

For more than a week, a mysterious pulsating light has been appearing nightly over Lake Erie east of downtown Cleveland — showing up at approximately 7:30 pm and zipping around in the darkness for about two hours before disappearing — reports MSNBC.

Captured on film from various angles, it's now drawing nightly crowds at the lakefront.

While Nick Pope, former chief UFO investigator
at the British defense ministry, calls it a "significant sighting," some of the UFO's fans do not exactly inspire faith: "I have absolutely no expertise in this field, but I can guarantee you that it is not human!" says Eugene Erlich, a local college student who has been videotaping the lights.
