Eligibility requirements to participate in 401(k):

 

Plan participation is for full time employees 21 years of age or more.

Employed at least six months and must have worked at least 1,000 hours.

Plan contribution minimum of 1% and up to a maximum of 15% on a pre-tax basis

Paper Mart contributes .25 on the dollar contributed up to 4%.
