Step 1: Stretch a piece of twine across the inner embroidery hoop. Pull the twine taut and close the hoop. Tightening the screw will hold the twine securely in place. Clip the ends of the ribbon.

Step 2: Hand cut four triangles for the pennant using Fancy Pants' Lunch Date, Flower Garden and Blanket papers. Affix the pennants to the banner using small glue dots.

Step 3: Tie a small bow out of twine. Use a small glue dot to affix the bow it to the end of the twine banner.

Step 4: Use Paper Creations' small butterfly die-cut, or a hand punch, to cut two butterflies from Fancy Pants' Lunch Date and Flower Garden papers. Affix the butterflies using double-sided tape.

Step 5: Cut out a circle using Paper Creations' 4" Circle die-cut and Fancy Pants' Fountain paper. Or use the embroidery hoop as a template to trace and cut a circle.

Step 7: Affix a foam pop dot to the back of Fancy Pants' Label sticker. Dust the back of the sticker with baby powder to remove the stickiness. Attach the sticker to the circle background.

Step 8: Use Paper Creations various small flower die-cuts, or a hand punch, to cut flower out of Fancy Pants' Lunch Date and Flower Garden papers. Use foam dots to secure a button to the center of the flowers. Use foam dots to attach the flowers to the circle background.
