Welcome to my home page! I am an Full Professor at the Department of Economics of the University of Bologna. I did my undergraduate studies at Bocconi and completed my Ph.D. in Pompeu Fabra in 2007, after another one in Pavia and one year in Bonn. I joined Bologna in 2008 after working as Assistant Professor in Padua, and I spent research periods abroad in Osnabrück, Berlin (FU) and Buenos Aires (UTDT and several times since 2016 UdeSA). Besides in Italy, I have taught courses abroad in Barcelona (UPF) and Buenos Aires (UCA and Unibo).
