Biography

Panagiotis joined Adam Smith Business School in January 2018. He completed his Ph.D. in Multinationals’ Taxation at the University of Cyprus, August 2017. He also holds an MSc in International Economics and Finance from Athens University of Economics and Business and a BA degree in Public Economics from Panteion University of Athens. 

His research interests cover international corporate taxation, multinationals' profit shifting, tax avoidance, corporate governance, and capital markets. He is member of the scientific committee of the European Accounting Association Annual Congress (since 2018). 

Panagiotis is the founder of the Adam Smith Business School Taxation Study Group. He serves as reviewer for the European Accounting Association and the American Accounting Association annual conferences. He is an ad hoc reviewer for the Journal of Corporate Finance, British Journal of Management, Journal of Business Finance and Accounting, Accounting and Business Research, The British Accounting Review, among others.
