ROASTED PARMESAN-HERB CAULIFLOWER

Ingredients:

1 head cauliflower
3 tablespoons olive oil
3 garlic cloves, minced
¼ cup grated Parmesan
1½ teaspoons chopped mixed thyme and rosemary
1 teaspoon kosher salt
½ teaspoon seasoned pepper
¼ to ½ teaspoon crushed red pepper

Method:
Preheat oven to 425°.
Slice cauliflower into florets and halve.
Roast for 30 to 40 minutes, or until desired degree of tenderness, flipping once.
Garnish with Parmesan, optional.
