CREAMY RITZ CHICKEN BAKE

Ingredients:
  • 4 chicken breasts, cooked and cut into bit-size chunks
  • 3 (10-ounces) cans cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned pepper
  • 2 sleeves Ritz Garlic Butter Crackers, crushed
  • 1 large teaspoon poppy seeds
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted

Method:

  1. In a large bow, mix together chicken, soup, sour cream,  and pepper.
  2. Pour into a 9 x 13-baking dish that is coated with cooking spray.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine crackers, poppy seeds, French onions and butter.
  4. Sprinkle evenly over chicken mixture.
  5. Cover with foil and bake for 30 minutes.
  6. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes, or until casserole is golden brown and bubbly.
  7. Let stand for 5-10 minutes before serving.
