PALS

Pro-Active Lifestyle Water Activities Club

  Who are we?

We are a group of people of all ages and abilities who meet weekly to have fun and enjoy the benefits of water-based exercises in a warm pool at St Audries Holiday Club.  We call ourselves PALS for short, because we are pals to each other.  We have been in existence for over 10 years and we have a lot of fun together.

PALS is run by an experienced team of volunteers who hold all the necessary recognised qualifications and who are all trained in first aid specifically for water-based exercises.

Who Is eligible?

Membership of PALS is open to any adult from 18 to 80+.  We have members from as far away as Taunton and Dulverton and we welcome all new members.

If you are in any doubt about your fitness, please consult your GP first, but be assured that we do accept GP and hospital referrals.

Because the buoyancy of water supports you and reduces the jarring on your joints, water work-outs are particularly good if you:
