Hyo-Jin Lim

Hyo-Jin Lim


Korean born pianist, Hyo-Jin Lim is an active soloist, chamber musician and accompanist.  She has won numerous competitions in her native country including the National Cultural Young Artists Association and Korea-Japan Young Artist Association competitions.

Hyo-Jin won the first prize in  the London Teachers' Association Piano competition in England and received a winners' award from Artist international Inc. in New York.  She performed in recital at the Canadian Embassy in Riyad, Saudi Arabia, Queens College, Hurbbard Hall and Scandinavian House.

Ms. Lim graduated from The Manhattan School of Music with a Bachelor of Music, Master of Music and Professional studies.  Her teachers include; Martin Canin, Philip Kawin, Solomon Mikowsky and Daniel Epstein.

Hyo -Jin joined the faculty of the Palisades School of Music in October 2007.
