A heavily-built hypercarnivore, Baurusuchus was the largest and most powerful of the notosuchians. Though not large enough to bring down full-grown sauropods or fast enough to chase down most bipedal dinosaurs, it would have more than capable of bringing down young sauropods and scaring lightly-built theropods from their hard-earned kills.
