Hello and welcome to my personal website. My name is Padmavathi Iyer, and I am a Ph.D. candidate in Computer Science at the University at Albany, State University of New York. I am grateful to be working under the supervision of Prof. Amir Masoumzadeh in the ALPS lab (Albany Lab for Privacy & Security). My research interests revolve around information security, access control, and privacy. I am interested in developing efficient procedures for mining authorization knowledge from information systems. In addition, I am motivated to work in the domains of differential privacy, data mining, and formal methods.
