Gunkholing and the Georgia Coast never seem to go together.

The first really serious treatment was  in Beach Cruising and Coastal Camping By Ida Little .

This book made a great impression on me about the Georgia Coast . Yet no one talks about Gunkholing the coast ..So I have put together a series of links that talk about it in depth.

This page will serve as repository for small boat voyages along the Georgia Coast inspired by the definitive guide by Zydler and Zydler .

From Tybee to Cumberland.. Georgia has a long and undisturbed coast .. On the left are links to different views of the coast by small boat sailors .

I have also included some campsites with water access.

My favorite Coastal Picture from another website.
