Platygloeaceae is de botanische naam van een familie van schimmels. Het typegeslacht is Platygloea. Volgens de Index Fungorum bestaat de familie uit zeven geslachten (peildatum dec. 2024), waarvan er drie in Nederland bekend zijn. Mycobank plaatst ook het geslacht Zygogloea binnen deze familie.
