WELCOME TO PAC GYMNASTICS



For preschool classes - Teetering Tot (9-18 months old), Tiny Tot (18 mos-3 years old), Jr. Acro Tot (3-4 year olds), click on the "Preschool Gymnastics" subpage listing above.

Acro Tots (5 years)
Children begin in this class at 5 years old, regardless of skill level. Acro Tot is created with a lower student/teacher  ratio and lesson plans to support the developmental stages of this age group. Coaches are trained to challenge each individual as they see fit to make sure all skill levels are covered in this class. 

White Belt (6-9 years)
Your child goes to the BIG gym for 1 hour! He/she learns safe progressions and skills on standard size equipment. Classes will rotate to three of five events each week: vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. Each class offers an interactive fun time. A tip is awarded on your child's belt when a list of skills is accomplished on each apparatus. Learning Forward Rolls, Cartwheels, Bridges, Cast, Straddle Hangs and much more!!

Yellow Belt (6-12 years)
They learn new, more challenging safe progressions and skills on standard size equipment. Classes will rotate to three of five events each week: vault, bars, beam, floor and trampoline. Each class offers an interactive fun time. A tip is awarded on your child's belt when a list of skills is accomplished on each apparatus. Learning Cartwheels, Handstands, Kickovers, Lunges, and more!!

Blue Belt (6-12 years)
Your child is carefully placed in the appropriate belt color according to his/her ability and age. A tip is awarded on your child's belt when a list of skills is accomplished on each apparatus. This class involves progressively more challenging  learning and more complex skills. 

Red Belt (6-12 years)
Your child is carefully placed in the appropriate belt color according to his/her ability and age. A tip is awarded on your child's belt when a list of skills is accomplished on each apparatus. This is the last level to prepare kids for our Developmental team.

This class prepares athletes for our competition teams. It includes strength training, conditioning, and skill sharpening. He/she remains in this class until they receive and invitation to join our competition teams based on their skill and performance level.
