Welcome to Pack 858!  Join Us Today!

For over 100 years, Cub Scouts have been having the time of their lives making new friends and learning new things in an environment designed to help them succeed. Cub Scouts has activities for the entire family to enjoy together. If your son is in the first through fifth grades, or 6 to 10 years old, it's time to put down the Xbox get outdoors and have some fun.

Through fun activities, challenging adventures and community service projects, Cub Scouts make new friends and discover the importance of cooperation, citizenship, responsibility and physical fitness in their everyday lives.  We want you to join our pack today.  Contact Cubmaster@pack858.org for more information.

The National Summertime Pack Award is designed To encourage a pack to be active when school is out for the summer, by doing one activity per month in June, July, and August.  Each Cub Scout can earn this award by taking part in at least one activity per summer month INCLUDING camps and hikes.

We have many activities planned below, attend as many as you like and make sure your attendance is tracked for the Summertime Award.

Good Turn: May 28th, 2017 Location - Jefferson Barracks

Scouts will honor those who served our country by raising the American Flag and then lowering it to half-mast as Scout buglers play “Taps.” Scouts who earned the rank of Eagle Scout- the highest rank in Scouting- during the past year will serve as the color guard. Scouts and leaders will then decorate each grave in the cemetery with a small American Flag.

The tradition, entering its 68th year, is one of the longest running Memorial Day events within the Boy Scouts of America. The 2017 Memorial Day “Good Turn” will take place on Sunday, May 28 beginning at 12:30 p.m.

The Den Leader will be responsible for checking-in the Scout, walking them to each stations, extra hands at stations, discipline if needed for their Scouts.  The same parent doesn't have to walk around all week, but we will need a minimum of 2 adults per day based on numbers of cub scouts.  Click here to signup as an adult Walk Around leader.
