Welcome to Pack 858!  Join Us Today!
For over 100 years, Cub Scouts have been having the time of their lives making new friends and learning new things in an environment designed to help them succeed. Cub Scouts has activities for the entire family to enjoy together. If your son is in Kindergarten through fifth grades, it's time to put down the Xbox, get outdoors, and have some fun.
Through fun activities, challenging adventures and community service projects, Cub Scouts make new friends and discover the importance of cooperation, citizenship, responsibility and physical fitness in their everyday lives.

We want you to join our pack today.  Contact Cubmaster@pack858.org for more information.

July 2019 Update - As of August 2019, our pack will be using the Teamsnap app to help organize all of our events.  Please download the app here.

The calendar will now be housed on Teamsnap.  Please visit there for time, date, and availability for upcoming events.  Need help getting set up?  Contact chair@pack858.org for more information.

Den Meetings: August 20, 2019 at 7:00 PM, Location - South Middle School Cafeteria

Are you ready for the first Den Meeting of this scout year?

Each den (boys of the same age and rank) will have a meeting on the third Tuesday of the month.  Dens will cover requirements for rank advancement and electives. Tigers attend their den meetings with their adult partners; but Wolf, Bear, and Webelos Scouts can attend den meetings on their own.

While the meetings include games and other activities that are fun for the boys, program delivery is the main goal. Boys participate in activities and work on projects that are related to an adventure and that help them learn the skills they need to progress in rank. The boys also prepare to do their part in the monthly pack meeting.

School Night to Join Scouting:  August 27, 2019 at 7:00 PM, Location - South Middle School

Please join our pack for this annual event that welcomes new scouts.  Bring your friends, family, and neighbors who will be in K-5th grade for the coming school year.
Our pack is looking for additional scouts to join us for this year. We welcome boys from any school, religion, or background.  We will have a short and informal presentation about our pack to show some of the great events we have planned for 2019-2020.  In addition, the boys will have the opportunity to get to know some of the Pack 858 scouts and see to see how fun and educational it is to be a scout in our pack!

We will be providing computers for electronic registration of new scouts.  Please come dressed in your class A uniform to show off your badges and belt loops.

We'll also have a Game Time Truck event for scouts and siblings from 7-9pm.

Service Project:  August 28, 2019 at 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM, Location - St. Louis Area Foodbank

You can make a difference in your community!  We will be coordinating with Troop 533 in this effort to help.

Area families and seniors depend on the food that our volunteers sort, box and repackage in our Volunteer Center.

Whether you’re volunteering as an individual or as part of a group, spending a few hours at the Foodbank makes for a great field trip or team-building experience.  Our Volunteer Center bustles with activity five days a week and the results are real.  Last year, volunteers packaged 5.6 million pounds of food.

Time Commitment:  All shifts on all days are a full three-hour commitment.

Dress Code:  Please wear comfortable clothes and closed-toe shoes.

Ages:  Three years and up. Preferably one adult for every five to ten kids under the age of 16.

Address:  70 Corporate Woods Dr. Bridgeton, MO 63044
