Through fun activities, challenging adventures and community service projects, Cub Scouts make new friends and discover the importance of cooperation, citizenship, responsibility and physical fitness in their everyday lives.

***Some events below are managed and planned by GSLAC, our council, and therefore you will need to register with them in order to participate.  All efforts are made to get correct details from GSLAC, but please refer to the event description itself (via the included link) rather than this website for accuracy.  Also, be aware that most GSLAC events require pre-registration (and payment), and do not normally allow for walk-in participants the same day of the event.***


SUMMER CAMP INFORMATION

The GSLAC information on Summer Camps has been posted for our area.  Check here for details on Day and Overnight Camps offered by our Council this summer.

We are asking for you interest in participating in one of the Council offered Family Camps.  This is a one-night camp at one of the Greater St. Louis Area Camps.  Please click this link to fill out a form specifying what location/dates would work for your family, then we will follow up with the formal registration process when we have decided on the event(s) that the pack will be coordinating.

Please sign up on any sheet that interests you and if there are options for Camp Location and Dates, please indicate your preferences for your family.

Den Meetings: March 19, 2019 at 7:00 PM, Location - South Middle School Cafeteria

Each den (boys of the same age and rank) will have a meeting on the third Tuesday of the month.  Dens will cover requirements for rank advancement and electives. Tigers and Lions attend their den meetings with their adult partners; but Wolf, Bear, and Webelos Scouts can attend den meetings on their own.

While the meetings include games and other activities that are fun for the boys, program delivery is the main goal. Boys participate in activities and work on projects that are related to an adventure and that help them learn the skills they need to progress in rank. The boys also prepare to do their part in the monthly pack meeting.

The monthly pack meeting brings together boys from every den, their leaders, and their families, to 
participate in a large-scale event that serves as a showcase for everything the boys have learned and done in their individual den meetings. The pack meeting gives the boys a larger experience beyond their own den, and helps them to connect their individual activities to the entire Cub Scouting program. 
Our meeting will begin promptly at 7:00 PM.  Make sure your scout looks his best.

Each scout should wear his "Class A" blue shirt, blue dress shorts, neckerchief, and slide.

Spring Pack Family Camping Trip: March 29-31, 2019, Location - Klondike Park

Our Spring Family Camp for the pack will be at Klondike Park.  We will start setting up camp Friday afternoon and camp through Sunday morning.  Four meals will be provided for $10 a person (Saturday Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Sunday Breakfast)  Please arrange for your own meal Friday night if you join us.  We will have a Campfire on Saturday Night and share desserts so bring something to share.  Below is a rough schedule for activities, you can join us for all or part of the camp, but please sign-up below so we know how many to expect.

Cub Scout STEM Day: April 6, 2019 at 9:00 AM to 11:30 AM, Location - St. Charles Community College


Who: Tigers, Wolves, Bears, Webelos

What:  With the help of Mad Science staff and the facilities of St Charles Community College and Lewis and Clark Community College, the program will be focused on earning specific STEM-based Adventure Belt Loops/Pinswithin Cub Scout advancement program.  

Time: 9:00 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. (Sign-ins begin at 8:30 am, no sooner)

Cost:  $16.00 per Scout. This includes take home items and advancement cards for earning adventure belt loops.   

Payment:  Mastercard, VISA, and Discover.  Payments and registration will only be accepted online.



NO late registrations or walk-ins will be accepted.  Cub Scout participants will be capped at 20 per class. First come, first served.  

Scouts must be in the care of a responsible adult during the event.  Please bring portable chairs. The facility will only have enough chairs for the Scouts.

Parent Meeting: April 9, 2019 at 7:00 PM, Location - South Middle School Cafeteria

The Pack Committee helps ensure that our Cub Scouts are offered fun-filled and meaningful events through the year. Parents please attend and help enrich and strengthen our Pack. Topics include upcoming pack meeting plans and assignments for the next monthly pack meeting.

Pack Hike:  April 14, 2019 at 1:00 PM, Location - Riverwoods Trailhead

This month we will meet at the Riverwoods Trailhead (13955 St Charles Rock Rd, Bridgeton, MO 63044) at 1pm.

This trail (1.7 miles) goes along the Missouri River and connects to the Earth City levee trail.  We will aim for a 3-4 mile hike.

Pack Rank Advancement/Graduation: May 7, 2019 at 7:00 PM, Location - South Middle School Cafeteria


Join us for the annual rank advancement ceremony.  Bring your friends, neighbors. and relatives.
