Pack 49 Website!Hello to all current and prospective families of Pack 49. Just wanted to let you know that this website will now be maintained and updated on a frequent basis. The 2016 Summer Calendar is updated as of today, 5/23/2016 and I will be putting in all of the 2016-2017 information into the Google Calendar shortly. Please take note that being this far away for 2016-2017, things may change, tentatively this schedule should be fairly close! Thanks for visiting.

Event: Hornet Nest Day CampHornet Nest Day
Camp:A full week of
Scouting. Monday through Friday, 9am to 4pm. The theme this year is Survivor. BB
and Archery Range, obstacle course, fishing, sports, and crafts. A tee shirt is
provided. Space is limited and is allocated by the number of leaders
volunteering. Cost is $100 (There is a discount for full week volunteers.) We
will have daily car pools to and from the camp location. Deadline is April

CampOut: Hornet Nest Cub-o-ReeHornet Nest
Cub-o-Ree:April 25th through the April 27th
at Belk Scout Camp. The theme this is Knights. This is a two night Camping
Experience. BB, Archery, and Climbing Wall, range is open. Cost is $20 for
Scout/Sibling and $15 for Adults. Deadline is April 1st.

Scouts can bring their own rockets. You can find rockets at Hobby Lobby. I recommend the ready-to-assemble rockets. Please make sure the sections that require glue are dried before launch. Overnight with the Knights - May 31, 2013
Hello Scout Pack 49!
As mentioned last evening in our pack meeting, we will be participating in the summertime activity
“Overnight With The Knights”
This will be on Friday,
May 31, 2013 at 7:15PM @ Knights Stadium right off of I-77 on exit 88
in Fort Mill SC (the address for your GPS is: 2280 Deerfield Dr, Fort Mill, SC).
We had a lot of fun last year, and great participation so we’re sure
Pack 49 will represent once again. This will be somewhat of a historic
event as it will be the last scout sleepover in the stadium before the
Knights move to uptown next year.
