The December Pack meeting will be on December 16th. We will be having our Nut Free Cookie Swap, so please bring a plate of cookies or other wintery snack to share and copies of the recipe.
We will also be playing Scout Bingo. Please bring in spare change for your markers. At the end of the night, all change will be collected. The Pack will donate this money in the form of Gift Cards to Hannaford's for Richer School to give out to neighborhood families in need.
Congratulations to Peter, the first scout in Massachusetts to earn the Luis W. Alvarez Supernova Medal. This medal is Cub Scout highest STEM honor.
October's Pack Meeting is going to be a busy one!
We'll be having Pack 41's Annual Pumpkin Contest. The scouts will get
to vote and awards will go to the Most Creative, Funniest, and Scariest
Pumpkin from each Den, as well as from the Family entries. Please check
in with Nicole to get your pumpkin assigned a number. Pumpkin set up
will start at 6:45 pm
Since it is our Halloween themed Pack Meeting, costumes are allowed. No
masks please, for safety reasons. And, if you want, you can always
come dressed as a Cub Scout :)
and money are due at the Pack Meeting. Jodi will be collecting both.
Please review your sheets and ensure they are legible.
Scouting for Food:
We'll be handing out the door hangers at the meeting. Your Den Leader
will let you know the area you will be covering. If you have scouts in
different dens, please email your den leaders if you want to have a
single Family area.
Museum of Science:
We have 30 slots reserved for the MoS Overnight from Feb 1-2 (Saturday
to Sunday), and have been placed on Council's wait list to get
additional slots. The Overnight is $58 per non-scout and the cost per
scout will be determined after the Popcorn sale is final. If you would
like to attend, you can reserve your spots at the Pack Meeting by
bringing $58 per non-scout attending to Jodi in cash, check or credit
card. Anyone signing up after we reach 30 people attending will be
placed on a wait list and, based on our experience in previous years, we
are very confident that everyone who wants to will be able to attend.
Please remember Pack 41 is a Peanut Free Pack.
