Group Run, Walk or Ride
Group meets are held every Wednesday evening at 6:00pm and Saturday morning at 8:00am, unless there is an official scheduled race that day. Schedule may vary. This is a noncompetitive function, not a race. Strictly for fun and fitness.
Meet at the West Bank Bridge Levee Ramp located under the Hale Boggs Bridge in Luling. Start and finish at the levee ramp.
Stay after your workout to socialize, and meet new people interested in exercising. Bring your own post workout fluids to rehydrate. Water, soft drinks, beer or wine.
All are welcome...You can start your run, walk or bike workout when you arrive. Some participants may be later than others, and some may want to put in more mileage.
