Minutes must be kept of all proceedings of a council meeting. The minutes are a public record of the decisions of the Council.  They are agreed and signed by the Chair at the following council meeting at which point they become legal evidence.

You can access Minutes online for the current Precept year and previous 5 Precept years from the Minute Archive.

To request to see Minutes of Oxton Parish Council meetings prior to April 2011, please contact the Clerk.

You can also request Minutes in alternative formats - please get in touch with the Clerk for assistance or use the accessibility options in your internet browsing and download applications software.
