Taijiquan & Qigong
Taijiquan (T'ai Chi Ch'uan) and Qigong (Chi Kung) are ancient Chinese systems of meditation, therapeutic exercise and self defence which harmonise mind, body and spirit.
The classes we offer both via Zoom and in-person are a slow and gentle way to build power and grace in movement and develop internal health and composure.
