The Timisoara Centre for Migration and Mobility Studies (SISEC) within the Jean Monnet European Centre of Excellence of the West University of Timisoara (Romania) relaunched the Migratie.ro website. With a new design and new features, Migratie.ro was projected to provide information about the migration and mobility studies within Romania and the CEE space, as Romania being the Eastern border of the enlarged European Union. The website was primarily designed to be a platform for the idea of introducing the migration and mobility studies in the academic curricula of the Romanian universities. As soon as the website is developing, more and more functions and information will be added.
At this moment, Migratie.ro is available in Romanian only (website still under construction).
The Jean Monnet European Centre of Excellence within the West University of Timisoara (Romania) activated the Migration.ro website, which currently redirects to the electronic form of The Romanian Journal of European Studies No.7-8/2009 - a special issue on migration and mobility (guest editor: Dr. Paolo Ruspini).
In the coming future, the webpage will be dedicated to a publication edited by the Timisoara Centre for Migration and Mobility Studies.
