Balsamic-lemon mayonnaise

Served alongside steamed or grilled artichokes

Ingredients

  • 5 heaping tablespoons light mayonnaise
  • ¼ teaspoon balsamic vinegar
  • ¼ teaspoon lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon finely ground black pepper

 

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well. 
  2. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
