NEW RESEARCH FUNDING OPPORTUNITY FROM OPRE/ACF/HHS

 

The Office of Planning, Research and Evaluation (OPRE) in the Administration for Children and Families, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services has recently published a funding opportunity announcement to support dissertation research related to early care and education policies and practice.   

 

Child Care Research Scholars Grant (FON: HHS-2011-ACF-OPRE-YE-0159)

Child Care Research Scholars grants are available to support dissertation research on child care policy issues. Eligible applicants are public, private, and State-controlled institutions of higher education, and non-profit institutions in the United States applying on behalf of university faculty who serve as mentor/principal investigator and for an enrolled doctoral-level student. Applicants may apply for up to two years of funding and may be awarded up to $25,000 for each year
