KAPSARC hosted a workshop in Dar es Salaam, Tanzania, to discuss the expectations of stakeholders in Eastern Africa’s oil and gas projects. This workshop brought together some of the principal stakeholders from Uganda, Mozambique, Kenya and Tanzania to explore these issues. We presented the issues related to investing revenues in infrastructure. Here is the report of the workshop.
