Our guiding question: How is Canadian citizenship different in 2016 than it is was in 1867?

Your mission is to collect digital and physical artifacts to illustrate your answer.

Thank you for participating in our OTF Summer Institute.
We are looking forward to embarking on our Canadian and World Studies: Journey to Canada - A Learning Commons Approach with you in Ottawa from August 10-12, 2016.  It promises to be a true educational adventure!

The focus of our learning for the three days will be creative and innovative approaches at implementing the new Canadian and World Studies curriculum document for grades 7-12. The prospect of a new curriculum offers both challenges and opportunities and it is our objective to collaborate with you and the other participants to share creative ideas, develop best practice, and create useful takeaways for the classroom and school Library Learning Commons.
