Andrew Oshiro, MD FAAP

Andrew Oshiro, MD FAAP is a board certified pediatrician working at Oshiro Pediatrics.  He did his undergraduate studies at Stanford University.  He went to medical school at Tufts University in Boston, Massachusetts.  He did his three year pediatric internship/residency at Louisiana State University in New Orleans.  After residency, he worked at Premier Family Medical Center in Las Vegas from 1996-2000.  In 2000, he started Oshiro Pediatrics.

He is married to and works with Dr. Vicki Hom.  Officially her name is Dr. Vicki Hom Oshiro, but it would be too confusing to have two Dr. Oshiros working at the same office.  They have two children, aged 17 years and 12 years of age.

Dr. Oshiro does not see patients Wednesday mornings and Thursday afternoon unless the office is unusually busy.  He sees his regular appointments (well child checks and sick follow ups) on Mondays from 915am-1000am and 100pm-200pm, Tuesdays from 945am-1030am and 100pm-415pm, Wednesdays from 130pm-415pm, Thursdays from 945am-1045am, and Fridays from 945am-1030am and 100pm-4pm.  He will see same day sick patients at all other times.  He usually takes care of the hospitalized patients at Sunrise Hospital on Saturday, Sundays, and holidays.
