This page is dedicated to bringing PILATES to all: all ages, all fitness levels and all abilities. PILATES is one of the most sought after exercise programs of  the 21st century. PILATES is one of the safest workouts, everyone has something to learn and gain from doing PILATES. I have been teaching PILATES for many years varying from large classes to one on one personal training, with people ranging from top athletes, people recovering from car crashes, people with asthma and other breathing related problems, people with genetic back problems, people with work related back problems to people who just want to exercise and look and feel better. I have seen amazing and unexpected results with people, I have no doubt that it has improved their quality of life and increased their life expectancy.. PILATES ranges from very easy and gentle movements to more complex and challenging movements. PILATES  is a sequence of carefully preformed movements which open the joints releasing tension, while stretching and strengthening the muscles: " our muscles should be of optimum strength and length".  If all of our muscles were of optimum strength and optimum length our bodies would function  perfectly. PILATES  works the deep internal muscles of our bodies giving core strength and improved muscle balance.
