and Chennai, or the decision regarding locations was taken
by another body.
Nevertheless, Allahbad and Chennai may not worry about it as they
already have top institutions such as an IIIT and an IIT respectively.
But for Bhubaneswar, if it is not picked as one,
it will be a big blow, as Bhubaneswar (and Orissa)
does not have any top notch centrally funded educational
