Coach Dillon's Bio:

Coach Dillon is entering his 8th season with the University of Oregon.  Coach Dillon works with all of Oregon's student-athlete's, and is primarily responsible for the year round programming and physical development of softball and women's soccer.  He also assists with football and baseball. 

Prior to Oregon, Coach Dillon served as an intern strength and conditioning coach at Washington State University (Pullman. WA) working primarily with football, men and women’s basketball, and women’s volleyball.  He has also been a football, basketball, track and field, and strength and conditioning coach at Hillsboro High School (Hillsboro, MO), Francis Howell North High School, and Orchard Farm High School in St. Charles, Missouri. 

Coach Dillon earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Exercise Science/Physical Education and Health from Lindenwood University (St. Charles, MO) in 2003 and also earned a Master's of Science degree from the University of Oregon in 2008.

While in college Coach Dillon played football as a fullback.  He was an All-Conference selection, a four-year letter winner, and participated in the University's first ever play-off game in 1998.  He also served as a student assistant football and strength and conditioning coach prior to completing his undergraduate studies. 

Coach Dillon is originally from Warrensburg, Missouri.
