Seeking Multiple Perspectives in a Polarized World


This year’s OCSS Fall Conference will include 16 sessions on topics such as; Civic Engagement, Economic Literacy, CSI Social Studies, and Historical Inquiry in the Social Studies to choose from. There will be sessions for all grade levels, with a concerned effort to make sure elementry teachers have a session in each of the strands.

Keynote speaker is Rep. Diego Hernandez,

Workshops will focus on engaging learners and interacting with attendees. We will look at project-based learning to foster student-driven collaboration and much more.
