Would you like to be an exhibitor at Oregon's premier Social Studies Educator Conference?

At the conference you'll have access to a wide array of educators across the K-16 spectrum. Exhibitors will not only have an opportunity to engage OCSS members in a comfortable exhibitor space, but there are also additional chances to sponsor other conference events to increase publicity, and even run workshops & conference sessions. OCSS has redesigned the exhibitor space in order to best serve teacher participants, and accommodate additional exhibitors.

$200 for the 1st booth (10' wide x 8' deep), $150 for each additional table
$150 for each not-for-profit table space
$75 for adding materials only to the conference folder

Hello Exhibitors,

This year we will be hosting the conference at Western Oregon University for exhibitor tabling, awards, speakers, and breakfast/lunch. In this email you will find exhibit details regarding times, parking, doors, lunch, the scavenger hunt, and door prizes. If you have any additional questions, please call me, Marcus Wenzel, directly at 503.989.5687.

Set-Up Times:

Exhibitors may begin setting-up at 7:30am in the Pacific Room, Werner University Center (WUC), Western Oregon University (WOU), Monmouth, Oregon. The Werner Student Center in the Pacific Room will be unlocked at exactly 7:30am.  Participant registration and exhibitor meet-n-greet will take place from 8-8:30am, followed by Teacher Awards and Keynote speaker. The first session will begin at 9:40am.

Location:

Western Oregon University - Our "opening ceremonies," lunch, and vendors will be downstairs in the Werner Student Center in the Pacific Room.  Breakout sessions will be held in the Richard Woodcock Education Center.

Parking:

Parking is available behind the WUC in Lot H. View the campus map here or download and print the attachment below. You do not need a parking pass to park in Lot H.

Lunch:

Lunch will take place from 11:35-12:45pm. Each exhibitor table will receive one boxed lunch with their registration. If you would like to purchase an additional boxed lunch for $13, please contact me by Tuesday (September 27th) morning. In addition, the student center cafeteria will be open for brunch, and the library café will also have snacks for purchase.

Scavenger Hunt & Door Prizes:

Conference participants will be encouraged to visit all exhibitor booth during the pre-conference (8:00-8:30 am) and during lunch (11:35-12:45 pm).  At 12:30 pm, we will begin awarding door prizes to participants whom have visited ALL booths to learn about your available resources, and have collected your initials.

*Please consider donating a door prize (given to Marcus Wenzel) at the beginning of the day.
