I am an Associate Professor in the Department of Economics of the Universidad de los Andes in Bogota, Colombia. My research interests are in labor economics, public economics, and economic development. In particular, I am interested in how public policies affect labor markets in developing economies.
I earned a PhD from the Vancouver School of Economics (VSE) at the University of British Columbia.
