CLERMONT -- Norma Trivelli is in her second year of offering one of the most popular programs in the Lake County Library System. She teaches a monthly opera class at Cooper Memorial Library. The next Opera @ the Library class is 2 to 5 p.m. Monday. Trivelli will present Mozart's "The Abduction from the Seraglio."

"It's the best-attended program at Cooper," reference librarian Dennis Smolarek said. "It's been consistently successful from day one. We get as many as 80 people from Orange and Polk counties, from Leesburg and The Villages."

In April, she guided the group through Richard Wagner's last completed opera, "Parsifal." June's focus will be on Mozart's "The Magic Flute." In July, she will move into the oeuvre of Verdi, beginning with "Aida" in July.
