Homemade Toasted Sesame Potato Chips

1 large russet potato

2 T toasted sesame oil

salt to taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Slice potato, skin on, into 1/8 inch slices. Toss sliced potatoes in oil and place on a prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle with salt and bake for ten minutes. Turn the chips over and bake for another twenty minutes, watching carefully to avoid burning.
