Mana often leads a relaxation after her yoga classes and students express gratitude for the opportunity to slow down. Mana offers this CD not only as a physical relaxation experience, but also as a deeper emotional and mental relaxation. This kind of relaxation may draw us closer to our true self, to a sense of freedom and detachment from the pulls that constantly thrust us up and down. Mana highly recommends using this practice as a doorway to your higher self. The more we live a relaxed life, the more we build self-trust and live more fully from our core, where we recognize and know “I am free—free from being a concept, mine or someone else’s.”
