Forgiveness is not about saying an offense or trauma that has happened to you is OK. Rather it is the ability to acknowledge the action, the pain it has caused and the control it has had upon your life. It then releases the toxic poison you are allowing it to have upon you and allows you to take back control of your own life. Believe this if nothing at all! Listen to two different songs, one that is about love and happiness; the other about death and disparities. Then see how you feel after each. If you don't think negative thoughts, people or actions don't affect your own life, try positive, compassionate loving people, places and things see what changes. Try it what do you have to lose. I am not saying it is easy but I am saying it is better.
