Omer Bobrowski

I'm an Assistant Professor in the Viterbi Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the Technion - Israel Institute of Technology. Previously, I was an Elliott Assistant Research Professor at Duke University (math).


  • 2012 - PhD, electrical engineering, Technion. Advisor: Prof. Robert Adler.

  • 2008 - MSc, electrical engineering, Technion. Adisors: Prof. Ron Meir and Prof. Yonina Eldar.

  • 2004 - BA, mathematics and computer science, the Open University, Israel.

Research interests

  • Random Topology

    • Random simplicial complexes

    • Gaussian random fields

    • High-order percolation

  • Applied Topology

    • Topological noise modeling

    • Statistical topology - inference, filtering, hypothesis testing, etc.

    • Applications in complex networks and signal processing

  • Probability and Stochastic Processes
