Min H. Kao Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS), 

The University of Tennessee, Knoxville

I welcome you all to my academic website. My name is Md Omar Faruk and I have completed my B. Sc. and M. Sc. in Applied Physics, Electronics, and Communication Engineering with Dean's Gold medal award (for B.Sc. result) from the University of Dhaka, Bangladesh. I was an MS student in the Materials Science & Engineering department at Norfolk State University, Norfolk, VA, USA. I worked for Dr. Mikhail A. Noginov's group at Norfolk State University. I am a Ph.D. candidate in the Min H. Kao Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science (EECS) at the University of Tennessee, Knoxville, TN, USA. I work on extreme environment electronic systems at Integrated Circuits and Systems Laboratory (ICASL) at EECS, UTK. 

Disclaimer: "Md" in my name is an abbreviation of the name "Mohammad", it does not mean Doctor of Medicine (MD). The background orange (PMS-151) color is the official color of the University of Tennessee Knoxville, my alma mater.
