Courtesy Reminder Documents

You can still use our Courtesy Reminder documents to register your opinion. The attached documents can help Norm Dicks stay focused on what his constituency wants if you deliver them in person to his office. Simply:

  1. Click on the "download" link next to one of the documents. If you are a MoveOn Member, pick the MO document, if you are not, pick the OP document.
  2. Use a good marker with a medium point to write your name under the main title.
  3. Use a pen or smaller marker to write your contact information (e-mail address, phone number, and/or home address) in the middle space (under "contact me to solicit the opinion of one person at:").
  4. Sign and date the form in the blanks at the bottom.
  5. Take some low-tack painters tape (usually colored blue) and an envelope with you just in case and visit Norm's office at 332 East 5th Street Port AngelesWA 98362.
  6. If the office is open, you can probably deliver the form to a member of the staff. If not, seal it in the envelope and tape it on their door with the low-tack tape.
  7. You might want to call back to confirm that they've received the message. Their office number is: 360-452-3370.

Norm's staff has been very polite and welcoming of public opinion. Please treat them with respect. If you would like to meet with someone there, we recommend that you call first, to ensure someone will be available.
