I am a full professor of strategy at SKEMA Business School (Paris La Défense Campus).
My research interests center on strategic issues related to mergers and acquisitions, multinationals, international trade, emerging countries (in particular Russia), or for instance innovation. My articles are published (or forthcoming) in leading journals in management (such as Academy of Management Journal, Harvard Business Review, Journal of International Business Studies, Organization Studies, Research Policy, or Strategic Management Journal) and in economics (such as the International Journal of Industrial Organization, Journal of Comparative Economics, or Journal of Economics and Management Strategy).
With co-authors, I got the International Management Division Best Paper Award (sponsored by CEIBS) at the Academy of Management in 2014.
I am also in the editorial review board of Journal of International Business Studies, Management and Organization Review, and M@n@gement.
About my background, I received a PhD in economics from the University of Paris 1 Pantheon-Sorbonne. I was also graduated from the University of Paris Dauphine and Ecole Normale Supérieure de Cachan.
Prior to my position at SKEMA business school, I was an assistant professor at the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole (Toulouse School of Economics) from 2005 to 2008. I was a senior lecturer and then an associate professor of strategy at the Graduate School of Management (GSOM) of St Petersburg University from 2008 to 2011.
