200th Anniversay Luncheon Information

On Sunday, October 8th, the 200th Anniversary Celebration will conclude with a delicious buffet meal at the Coatesville Country Club. The luncheon is open to all members and friends of Olivet. The Country Club is located only a few miles from the church at 143 Reservoir Road, Coatesville. The luncheon will be held at 12:30 pm following the morning worship service.

The luncheon consists of a buffet meal, which includes the following:
  • Salad Bar
  • Stuffed Shells with Marinara
  • Margarita Chicken
  • Sliced Roast Beef Au Jus
  • Seasonal Vegetables
  • Chef’s Choice of Potato
  • Rolls & Butter
  • Cookies & Brownie Tray
  • Coffee, Hot Tea, Iced tea

The cost of the meal is $35.00 for adults (13 years and up), $15.00 for children (6 years to 12 years) and free for children 5 years and under. The cost includes meal, taxes, and gratuity.

Tickets will be available for purchase after church starting the first Sunday in September and up to Sunday, October 1st. You may also pre-order tickets by completing the form below and placing it into the offering plate, or turning it in to the church office, or mailing it to the church. Please indicate if you intend to pick up the tickets at the church office or would like them mailed to you. Pre-ordered tickets will be sent or may be picked up in the church office after September 1.

If you need transportation to and from the luncheon or know someone who does, please contact the church office between 11 am and 2 pm Monday through Thursday at 610-384-5828. Please provide the phone number and address of person(s) needing transportation. Someone will be in contact to arrange a pick-up time.
