We are so glad you are here!
We welcome you in the name of Jesus, our Lord!
As you navigate through this site we pray that you will be blessed and find what you seek.

Dear Church Members and Friends,

John Wesley, the founder of Methodist, said “Do all the good you can. By all the means you can. In all the ways you can. In all the places you can. At all the times you can. To all the people you can. As long as ever you can.”

As a church we operate by the support of its members, friends and community. We ask you to support Olivet through stewardship. You can continue to send your contributions as you have always done. However, we have opened another avenue for your giving which will allow donations to be made using debit, credit, Paypal or bank transfer. The transaction will be completed using Paypal, an online payment processing site. You are able to use your own Paypal account, create an account or complete a transaction without having a Paypal account by selecting Continue. Once you enter your information click "Review your Donation and Continue." On this page click the link called "Enter env. # and how to distribute funds." Use this link to tell us your envelope number and/or how you would like the funds distributed. (ie: memorial, mortgage, benevolence, mission of the month, etc.)

We thank God every day for what you are able to give.

  • Staff Parish Relations It is with deep regret that we report that Jim Barnes has submitted a letter of resignation effective November 9, 2015. Jim’s last service with us will be on Sunday, November 8. Jim informed the SPRC chair, Michael Givler, that he has accepted a position closer to his home in Delaware and expressed his appreciation for the support he has received at Olivet. Jim indicated that driving at night has become an increasing challenge for him. The SPRC has already begun working with our Minister of Music, Greg Givler, to begin the process of finding a new organist. We acknowledge that it will be a difficult task to find a replacement for Jim but will do our best to ...

  • Coatesville Food Cupboard  It is with sad news that we report that Jim “Baby Jim” Robinson will be closing the Coatesville Food Cupboard as of December 23, 2015. His mother Doris Spann and he are both experiencing health issues and it’s just to hard too continue. We wish Baby Jim and his family all the best and many thanks for all their years of service to Coatesville.
