Summer Running

Summer Running is highly encouraged leading up to the cross country season.  For new runners, it is an excellent introduction to the sport, and will help you get in shape for the season.  For veteran runners, it is a crucial step in getting to the next level.  Summer running is the best way to prevent injuries when the season starts.
