Preserve food w/smoke

Smoking is a good way to preserve fresh meat/fish for a long time. It's quite easy, you need to control the salting and temperature only.

When outdoors, it is preferred to build a pyramid-shaped smoking set with three wooden sticks.

Inside the smoking set, make a table to put foods on.  Then wrap over the whole pyramid with grass, cloths or skin.
