PREP Registration 2017/2018

Registrations are now being accepted for next year’s Religious Education Program. Please register your child if he or she is entering 1^st grade at any of our public schools. The registration form can be found on the parish website or by contacting Dianne Donahoe, DRE at olhcprep@verizon.net. The discounted fee is $110. per child through April 30^th. After April 30^th, the fee will be $150. per child. You must be registered in the Parish before signing your child up for PREP and Mass attendance is required of all PREP families. A copy of your child’s baptismal certificate is required if your child is new to the program. Payment is due at the time of registration
