1. Skin Tone Facial Mask
Instructions: Mix 1 tablespoon of plain yogurt with 1/2 teaspoon orange juice. Apply the facial mixture onto complexion and leave on for 15 minutes before rinsing off with lukewarm water. 





2. Anti-aging Treatment
Instructions: Cleanse your skin and tighten skin pores by slathering on some plain white yogurt onto complexion then leaving on for 20 minutes. Finish facial by rinsing off with lukewarm water. 





3. Age-Spot Lightener Mask
Instructions: Mix 1 tablespoon plain yogurt with one tablespoon oatmeal and one teaspoon turmeric creating a thick paste. Apply paste onto complexion leaving on for 15-20 minutes then rinsing off with lukewarm water. 





4. Firming Mask
Instructions: Mix 1 tablespoon plain yogurt with one tablespoon fresh coffee grounds and massage onto complexion and other areas of the body you wish to apply the firming mask. Massage into the skin for several minutes then kept on for 10-15 minutes rinsing off with lukewarm water when complete. Works perfect for erasing cellulite dimples, too! 







5. Acne Healing Mask
Instructions: Mix 1/4 cup of plain yogurt with two tablespoons raw honey and one teaspoon turmeric. Massage onto complexion leaving on for 150-20 minutes rinsing with lukewarm water when complete. The bacteria in the yogurt makes an uninhabitable environment for acne-causing bacteria to survive.
