Natural Home Remedies and Healing Foods for Rosacea


Rosacea is a result of enlarged blood vessels, generally affecting the face and appears as flashed red skin. 
Brought on by excessive temperatures, foods, and other causes which are yet unknown. 
To relief flare-ups or reduce redness takes time when using home remedies, but they can help to reduce symptoms with continual use.








The photochemical properties of cucumber help to reduce inflammation and lessen the appearance of rosacea rash. 

Instructions: Mash an over ripe peeled cucumber and apply onto complexion leaving on for 20-30 minutes then rinsing with lukewarm water. Repeat treatment daily or 3-5 times a week.  




2. Tea Tree Oil

Tea tree oil has anti-inflammatory and antiseptic properties that help to kill bacteria contribution to rosacea. Apply a small amount of tea tree oil onto affected areas 3-5 times a week until condition improves then twice a week for maintenance treatment. 




3. Green Tea
Brew some green tea then saturate a cotton ball and apply onto affected areas of skin once a day to help diminish redness.  




4. Avoid Food Triggers
Alcohol, hot or spicy foods, and stress can all trigger an outbreak of rosacea acne rash.  



In addition to the numerous health benefits of aloe vera gel, it's also very helpful for healing rosacea breakouts and moisturizing chaffed dry skin. Apply gel onto affected areas several times a day. 




6. Aloe Juice
Heal from the inside out with healing aloe vera juice. Drink a four-ounce glass each day for positive results with a few short weeks. Aloe juice can be found at many health foods and organic grocery stores. 




7. Horse Chestnut
Many claim horse chestnut helps to diminish red acne rash when added into cream treatments. Check your local health foods store for horse chestnut creams and ointments. 




8. Herbal Paste
Instructions: Mix 2 teaspoons of turmeric spice with 4 teaspoons coriander powder, and 1-2 tablespoons of whole milk to create a spreadable paste. Apply onto affected areas then leave on until completely dry then rinse off with lukewarm water. Repeat facial treatment several times a day until rosacea is under control then 2-3 times a week to maintain health-looking skin. 



9. Apple Mask 
Mash an over ripe apple then apply onto affected areas and leave on for 15-20 minutes or until mask completely dries. Rinse with lukewarm water when complete. Repeat mask daily until rosacea rash in under control 



Using a clean soft cloth with a sufficient amount of oil dab onto it press onto affected areas for several minutes then rinse with lukewarm water. Repeat this conveniently easy compress daily until rosacea rash subsides then twice a week for maintenance treatment.
